Insurance & Fees

Insurance coverage is constantly changing, and benefits vary widely between plans.

  • Evaluations:
    Currently, many private insurance plans and some Medicare plans may cover portions of the evaluation. Coverage is determined by your individual plan and benefits.
  • Out-of-Network Plans:
    For out-of-network insurance plans, payment is due at the time of service. We are happy to provide documentation or a detailed receipt that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
  • Vision Therapy Services:
    Vision therapy services are not billable to insurance. This allows us to structure our care around what matters most—time, personalization, and effectiveness—rather than insurance limitations.
    However, FSA and HSA accounts can be used to pay for vision therapy services.


Our services are intentionally modeled to allow our doctors and therapists to spend more time with you and/or your child, carefully tailoring each session to provide the most effective support possible.
